Name: Plain Almond Milk

Description: This is an incredibly healthy alternative to dairy milks. Keep some in the fridge like you would dairy milk to have it on hand for recipes and smoothies. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Servings: 4, 8oz servings

Special Equipment

  • Powerful Blender (we recommend the Blendtec® Home Blender)
  • Extra Fine-Mesh Strainer



  1. Soak nuts in filtered water for 24 hours (change water twice).
  2. Combine water and nuts in blender and blend well.
  3. Push blended nut milk through strainer. Save pulp for other recipes or dehydrate and mill to use as a gluten-free flour substitute.
  4. Store in refrigerator. Will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
